Dog sledding and horse sleigh rides can be booked even if you don't stay at one of the Treetop huts. Try dog sledding in Spring and Autumn with a carriage or a fast-paced kickbike

In the treetop huts you will find yourself surrounded by natural life. Enjoy bonfires eight meters up in the trees with a beautiful view of nature.

Everything we deliver is mostly based on the wildness of the forest and local products.
We bake our own bread and crispbread. Eggs, apple juice and spelt flour is delivered from local farmers at Nes/Helgøya.

Dog sledding with good-natured huskies and local, experienced mushers is a great, exciting and fun nature experience!

The Treetop Huts are built in the forest, where there are hundreds of kilometers of nice forest roads with little traffic - well suited for biking.

Sleigh rides are incredibly magical with candles and sleigh bells at dusk or when the darkness has fallen over the forest.

Along the roads of Danseråsen, we have decorated a large Lavvo with room for up to 8 people to sleep at benches and camp beds.

All the Treetop Huts, except the Climbing Hut, are located in an area with early and stable skiing conditions in the winter season.

By all of the Treetop Huts, except the Climbing Hut, it’s good old fashioned winter conditions for large parts of the winter season - excellent for kicksledding.

Guests in all huts, except from in the Climbing Hut, can borrow four pairs of snowshoes for free. The snowshoes are hanging outside on the wall, the railings or are in the outdoor shed.

The Treetop Huts collaborates with Helgøya Climbing Park. Norway's most beautiful and Innlandet’s biggest climbing park! It contains 9 courses, 13 ziplines - overall 142 climbing elements.

We have made a small adventure trail that starts behind our Lavvo on Danseråsen. The adventure trail is suitable for families with young children and is available in spring, summer and autumn.

At the small ponds by the Larch and Sky Hut, you as a guest at the treetop huts are freely welcome to try fishing.

We have canoes, paddles and life jackets that you as our guests are free to use at the small ponds around our huts, except at the Pine and Climbing Hut.

There are small lakes and ponds, natural and dammed, outside all huts except the Pine Hut and the Climbing Hut. These are best suited for having fun with the canoes.

All of the treetop huts are located in the forest, where everyone can freely pick berries.
