Sleigh ride
Sleigh ride incredibly atmospheric with torches and bells at dusk, or when darkness has fallen over the forest. Both sleighs and wheeled carriages are used. The trip takes you along quiet forest roads where cars are rarely seen.
Experienced drivers and calm Fjord horses ensure a harmonious experience in the forest. There are fur blankets and rugs in the sleigh or wagon, and drinks are served along the way and included in the price. The tour takes about an hour. The largest sleigh can accommodate up to 8 people, and the tour is conducted exclusively for your group.
The meeting point is at the Tretopphyttene service building. If road or weather conditions are difficult, the sleigh ride may be moved closer to Åsmarka or may have to be canceled.
