No snow on the ground? Then you can cancel for free - or get half price on accommodation.

The snow guarantee period is 7.12 2025 through 6.4 2026.
Applies to all treetop cabins minus The Climbing Hut.

What does the guarantee entail?

If there is no measurable snow on the ground or no snowfall has been reported within 3 days prior to arrival, the guest can choose between;

  • To cancel your entire stay free of charge.
  • Keep your stay at half price on accommodation. Half price only applies to accommodation. Not extras such as Food, bed linen, experiences and laundry.

What is required to use the warranty?

If you wish to make use of the warranty, you are responsible for;

  1. Check the snow status at the bottom of this page, or via the website or YR.no. 3 days before arrival
  2. Contact us 3 days before arrival after checking the snow status. Write which tree top cabin and arrival date it applies to, as well as whether you want a cancellation or discounted stay.

Discount for multiple nights

You will receive a discount of NOK 500 when booking two nights. A discount of NOK 1,500 when booking three nights. A discount of NOK 2,500 when booking four nights.
