The snow guarantee period runs from December 7, 2026, through April 11, 2027.
Applies to all treetop cabins and Forest View, except The Climbing Hut

What does the guarantee entail?

If thereis no measurable snow on the groundorno snowfall is forecast during the stay, guests may choose between:

• To cancel your entire stay free of charge.
• Keep your stay at half price on accommodation. Half price only applies to accommodation. Not extras such as Food, bed linen, experiences and laundry.

What is required to use the warranty?

If you wish to make use of the warranty, you are responsible for;

1. Check the snow status at the bottom of this page, or via the website or YR.no. 3 days before arrival
2. Please contact us3 days before your arrival after checking the snow conditions. Please specify which treehouse and arrival date you are referring to, as well as whether you would like to cancel or receive a discount on your stay.
