By booking a stay at Tretopphyttene, you agree to our terms and conditions

AGE RESTRICTION

18 years old. The person making the reservation is responsible for the cabin and the surrounding area during the stay.

INFORMATION LETTER

After booking, you will receive information about directions, check-in, and keys. A reminder will be sent 10 days before arrival. Follow the directions provided and do not rely on GPS, especially in winter, as many forest roads are not plowed and are therefore impassable.

CANCELLATION OF A STAY

• 30 days before check-in = refund minus a fee of 390 NOK. Rescheduling your stay is free.
• 30–14 days before check-in = 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before check-in = no refund
• Cancellations must be made in writing by email to [email protected]

CANCELLATION OF DOG SLEIGH RIDE AND Sleigh ride
To receive a full refund, the activity must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

UNFORESEEN EVENTS
If Tretopphyttene has to cancel your stay, you can choose between a new stay or a full refund.

• birdseed
• duvets and pillows
• cube lights and tea lights
• salt, pepper, cooking oil
• toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, and cleaning cloths
• lighter flints and matches
• firewood and fire pit
• canoes, life jackets, and paddles excluded (Furu and The Climbing Hut)
• kick skis and snowshoes (except The Climbing Hut)
• tableware and kitchen utensils
• two off-road bikes
