Eight meters above the forest floor, in between the treetops, you can now stay safely and comfortably in Norways first approved treetop huts. We have built five treetop huts named Pine hut, Larch hut, Spruce hut, Sky hut and Birch hut. All the huts are located in Ringsaker, between Hamar and Lillehammer, and has great views of the Norwegian forest wilderness. You will experience a close encounter with nature, birds and forest creatures. The Pine, Larch and Spruce huts has been named after the trees that surround them. The Sky hut however is the first hut we built with huge windows in the roof over the beds. Giving you the feeling of sleeping under an open sky. Panoramic views and the views of the sky and the stars through the large windows in the roof. Large skylights also Birch cabin we built last winter. It has a small birch growing up through the porch floor. All treetop cabins are insulated, have a wood burning oven and are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant experience accommodation in the trees - in the midst of nature - throughout the year - for you and yours. There is space for maximum 6 people in Pine Hut, 7 people in the Spruce and Sky hut and 8 people in the Larch and Birch hut.
If the wind gets up, the cabins move gently with the trees, just to let you know you are in a cabin like no other. This makes you aware you are not in a city hotel or in any normal cabin.
In the treetophut cabins you can sleep safely and comfortably among the tree crowns. You can also enjoy the great norwegian wilderness and get up close with the many birds and beasts of the forrest.
The cabins are located far away from the sights and sounds of traffic and populated areas. This means that on any night the silence is and light sounds of the forrest are calming to the soul. And on clear nights you get the enjoy dark skies littered with beautiful stars.
Check in at 4.00pm and check out at 2.00pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
We do not wish our guests to be disturbed when staying in our cabins. Therefor, directions to the cabins will not be given until booking confirmation.

These three unique cabins are placed in close proximity to each other in the woods of Ringsaker, between Hamar and Lillehammer, an hour and half north of Oslo. The newest addition, the pine cabin even has a ramp that makes it easily accessible for wheel chair users.
